主旨：本校學生身心就醫費用補助--修法期間之配套措施說明。

說明：

一、本校為照顧學生身心健康，開辦學生身心就醫費用補助，符合資格者請於門診看診日起6個月內提出申請，詳情請參閱公告：

二、本補助原規定試辦至114年7月31日止，今將修法改為常態實施，惟修法作業預計需至114年11月方能完成，故於修法期間之配套措施說明如下：

（一）就醫期間於114年7月31日以前：自門診看診日起6個月內，隨時受理申請。

（二）就醫期間於114年8月1日以後至完成修法期間：擬於114年11月完成修法後，公告回溯受理申請。
(修法期間照常收件，不影響同學申請)

三、舉例：A同學於114年2月至114年10月至身心科門診就醫，則其就醫費用：

（一）114年2月至114年7月：得自門診看診日起6個月內提出申請。

（二）114年8月至114年10月：生輔組完成修法作業並公告後，於門診看診日6個月內回溯受理申請。

NCKU Student Medical Subsidies – Explanation of Transitional Measures During Policy Amendment Period

1. To support students’ physical and mental health, for medical expenses related to physical and mental health treatment. Eligible students must submit their applications within 6 months from the date of the outpatient visit. For detailed information, please refer to the announcement:

2. This subsidy was originally a pilot program set to run until July 31, 2025 (Year 114). It will now be amended and implemented as a permanent policy. However, the amendment process is expected to be completed by November 2025. Therefore, the following transitional measures will apply during the amendment period:

(1) For medical visits on or before July 31, 2025: Applications may be submitted at any time within 6 months from the date of the outpatient visit.

(2) For medical visits from August 1, 2025 until the completion of the amendment: Applications will be accepted retroactively within 6 months from the date of the outpatient visit, once the amendment process is completed and publicly announced (expected by November 2025).

3. Example:
   Student A receives psychiatric outpatient treatment from February to October 2025. The subsidies can be applied as follows:

(1)For visits from February to July 2025: Applications can be submitted within 6 months from the date of the visit.

(2)For visits from August to October 2025: Applications will be retroactively accepted within 6 months from the date of the visit after the amendment is completed and announced.
